Okay, I'm doing this, I'm going to enter into the Blogger's Quilt Festival! I'm nervous, but oh well!
So first off, let me tell you a little about
this quilt.
I made this quilt for that cute little girl right there, my daughter, Jordyn. (I know some of you may know the story so just bear w/ me for a minute please!) This is my FIRST quilt! It's made out of some bandanas I found at my local craft store. It's a decent size lap quilt measuring (around) 52" x 70". I learned A LOT about piecing, measuring, and quilting!
Here is one of the best pics I have of the back, it's not perfect by any means but I love it very much!
After it was washed and all crinkled I loved it even more!
I love this pic even though it's all blurry! Sooooooo anyways, you guys should REALLY REALLY REALLY go over to the festival and check out all the different quilts and when it's time to vote you should DEFINATELY VOTE FOR ME!!!!!!!!!
My baby loving the quilt I made her! It melts my heart!!! I can't wait to do the next one!!!!!!
Go here and check out everything else!!!!!! (Don't forget to vote for me!!!!!!!)
Hope you're having a GREAT day!!!!!!!

A very cute quilt for a very cute girl. Congratulations on finishing this quilt. Remember, no quilt is perfect. I think the quirks and the mistakes makes a quilt even more special.
the perfect quilt for a little girl, beautiful!!
Have a great day.
Always, Queenie
Very fun - thanks for sharing!
Its a wonderful first quilt full of bright fun colors, perfect for a little girl :)
She looks so happy with it. No matter how many votes you get you know you got the one that counts!
A youngun loving on a hand made quilt is the best!
So glad you entered your quilt! It's so pretty and so loved! You should be very proud of it!!
I see that quilt has the most important vote. Love the last picture!
The perfect quilt ,beautiful:)))
It's beautiful and I'm sure will be very special to your gorgeous little girl. She'll treasure it even more in her later life, its part of you her Momma.
Well done on your finish, nothing is ever perfect just like we humans, we could all do with a tweak or two :o)
I'm going to pop over to the festival and drool over the gorgeous quilts there.
I'll be putting my first quilt I've made myself on my blog as soon as I've put the binding on. Like you I can see things that aren't quite 100% but also like you I love it.
